Access to FMC4ME is available to Fresenius Medical Care employees via a login site. With their login information, they may access all of the site’s features.
Workers have access to a wealth of company data on the site. Users must activate their accounts before they can access such data, however. What follows is a description of the activation procedure.
FMC4ME Application Activation Process
If you’re having trouble activating your FMC4ME account, try these steps:
- Account activation may be accomplished by visiting the official website.
- Simply provide your user name, employee number, contractor ID, and the Captcha challenge text to activate your account. Press the Submit button thereafter.
- When you have an issue reading the Captcha, just click the Refresh button that is located next to it to see a new set of characters.
- After you’ve entered your date of birth and social security number, you’ll need to click the Submit button to validate your identify. This has been successfully completed six times.
- Once you have created your credentials, you will be able to access the system. This step may be skipped if you like. The certification is not available to all contractors and employees of Chairside. Proceed by clicking Continue if you have not already created an account.
- There are three options available to you when selecting a security question. After you answer the first two questions, you will be able to reset your password or retrieve your lost user name. In order to verify your identity, the Help Desk staff utilizes the third question. When you want assistance, they will inquire about this.
- Your account should be active now if the activation process was completed.
- When you sign up for an account, an automated system will generate a random password and send it to your email.
- Please use the password that was sent to you in the email the next time you attempt to log in. A new password setting screen will appear.
