Upon completion of the activation process, FMC4ME gives Fresenius Medical Care employees access to various services via the official website. Unfortunately, there will be occasions when you either mistype your password or forget it altogether. By following these steps, you may reset your password.
Forgot Your Password? Here Are The Steps To Reset It
In the event that you forget the password to your FMC4ME account, you need not fret; the following simple instructions will guide you through the process:
- To initiate the process of Resetting Password, choose “I forgot my password” from the Sign-In page. To reset your password, go to the screen that asks for your User Name and the Captcha challenge text.
- When you see the Captcha, click the refresh button if you’re having trouble reading it. There will be a new group of people introduced.
- After you’ve answered the security questions, click the Submit button. Feel free to enter each one six times with precision. Your account will not be activated if you attempt to activate it again after these attempts. Not sure how to change your password? If you need support, contact the Help Desk.
- A new password is generated and shown on the screen immediately upon answering the questions. To ensure that you do not forget this password, write it down.
- Return to the FMC4ME login page. Following the automated creation of your password and username, click the Log in button.
- When you log in with the password that was created automatically, FMC4ME will ask you to change your password. You can’t change the password without first providing the old and new passwords. After the password change is finished, you will get an email confirming the reset of your account.
- Contact the Help Desk for help if the email did not include a link to reset your password. Please contact them without delay upon discovering this has occurred.
